My name is Hazel and you have been dealing with my brother, Malcolm, regarding care for our mother, Sheila.

I just want to say what a pleasure it was to meet Sarah yesterday evening when she came to care for Sheila. Sarah was absolutely lovely and was so kind and patient, I am very impressed with how she dealt with Sheila and how efficient she was with ensuring she met Sheila's needs. Although I told Sarah this yesterday, I should be grateful if you could please pass on my thanks via yourself, I always think that it's nice to hear praise from your boss/employer!

Hopefully I will be around again later today and, if it is Sarah who comes in again, it will be lovely to see her. If not, then I look forward to meeting whoever it is. I gather that you will be doing mornings and some afternoons from Monday next week, so I look forward to meeting whoever comes in to care for Sheila then.
